Lunch would cost around 5-7 USD (around 5,000 - 7,000 Kyats per person. Clean place with nice, soft steamed rice and a waiter that will serve your portion. They have simple dim sum from morning until noon.

Direction: Find "Traders Hotel" on Sule Pagoda Rd., go straight towards the Sule Pagoda (it's a temple), turn right at the first large intersection and Nilar is on your right hand side, among those crowds of road-side trinkets shops.
