Nelly is the only dining venue in Phan Thiet City to offer authentic American/Western style food, including burgers, fries, pizza and pasta. Nelly also offers Italian style ice cream from the Nelly Brand (local to Vietnam), with flavors including ginger, mango, durian, lemon, coconut, pineapple, strawberry, taro, after eight (mint), rum raisin, pistacchio, soursop, vanilla, chocolate, mocha and passion fruit. Sundays, banana splits and other ice cream deserts are also available.

Nelly is also the only restaurant in Phan Thiet to offer menus in English, and have air conditioning.
