Description:

Madam Dai is one of the true characters of Saigon. She is a former senator and lawyer under the S. Vietnamese government, who has run a small, unadvertised restaurant-cafe in the library of her home since the war. Madam Dai is mentioned in Anthony Bourdain's book, "A Cook's Tour" and is a must-visit for many. See my book review on this site for more information.

Sadly, the rumor is that Madam Dai has passed away and the Bibliotheque is now closed. If you find it is open again, please post here.
