Differences between offers and reality (high prices)

We have booked a Halong Bay tour with Green Trail Tours in Nov 07.

Actually we were merged with another group whose participants had paid less than half the amount :(
Our tour guide just did the car ride from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back and inbetween he simply disappeared and told us to join the other group :-(

Our tour differed a lot from to the tour announcement.

To sum it up: way too expensive. You can get better offers almost anywhere in Vietnam.
