Located in a beautiful courtyard in a hutong close to the Chaoyangmen subway station, Yoga Yard is an excellent place to cop some serenity in the center of Beijing. Drop ins are welcome for most classes. No web site yet, but if you call or email, they can fill you in. An excellent way to de-stress in Beijing.
