Recipe: Burghul-Honey Dessert

Serves about 6

1 cup course burghul, rinsed
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon crushed cloves
1/2 cup honey

Place burghul, salt and water in a saucepan, then bring to boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes or until burghul is well-cooked, adding more water if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve hot.
