Manado was like a stranger to me, but that changes quickly once you soak yourself into the streets of Manado City. People are friendly and helpful...but language can be a a prob though. Minahasans are so helpful that they even walked me to the place i wanna go to even though we are of opposite directions.

Sunset is best spent by the Boulevard where the Manado Bay is situated. I love Cafe D'Terrace. U could just sit there and watched the sunsetting while having a sumptuous dinner. Or walked around the Bay and explore further to the more desserted area where you could be drawn into a world of your own. Or join in the fun of the Minahasans having fun by the bay..........Heres where I started my love story with Indonesia.......
