My blog is in reference to my experiences in Vietnam between the years 1965 and 1975. I was at first under cotract to the US Defense Department operating a hyperbolic navigational system. I then stayed on in a private capacity. My links are still maintained to the Vietnamese community through marriage.

One made and lost many friends in Vietnam during the war. Some very special. One or two irreplaceable. The fall of Saigon in 1975 was the final curtain. During the following dark years the last traces were often wiped out.
