Biographical Info:

Thomas C. Gettelfinger practices ophthalmology in Memphis, Tennessee. An avid photographer, he travels extensively in the third world performing volunteer eye surgery and teaching. First having visited Myanmar in 1974, he returned recently on three separate occasions with Project ORBIS to teach eye surgery in Yangon and Mandalay.
