Mandi James
Biographical Info:
Mandi James used to be a music journalist...but she's alright now. After a mis-spent youth stitching up pop stars, addicted to club culture and documenting her experiences for magazines such as iD and The Face she found Thailand and nothing else seemed to matter. She's now lived in Bangkok for six years where she has learnt how to ride side saddle on a motorbike, what to do when a snake bursts into the bathroom when one is sat on the toilet, who cooks the best noodles in the world and just why yoga is much better than disco dancing. After a couple of years finding her feet and flirting with various guises of DJ, English teacher and rock nanny, she now reads the news three afternoons a week on a local radio station, writes about life in south east Asia and is learning to become a yoga teacher.
