MaryLou Driedger
Hometown:
Steinbach Manitoba , Canada
Biographical Info:
I have gone white water rafting in Borneo, elephant riding in Thailand, coromorant fishing in Yangshou, China, camel trekking in Israel, mountain climbing in Japan, snorkeling in the Philippines, swimming in the Dead Sea, on a tiger safari in India, biking in Bali and kayaking in Laos. I've swum in waterfalls, rafted rapids, cruised rivers, golfed exotic courses and gone hiking in more places in Asia than I can count. My husband and I teach at an International School in Hong Kong and every time we have a holiday we set out to explore another part of Asia. I always choose at least two books about whatever country I am visiting and read them while I journey.
