The 7 kilometer of stone steps is not only steep but dangerous. Huangshan (Yellow Mountains), Anhui Province, China. Steps are carved into the back of a huge boulder resembling a turtle's carapace. A monkey atop a peak appears to be gazing at the panoramic view below. A pine growing on top of a peak resembles a paint brush. The 600-ton rock stands at 10 meter high on a peak. With the Brightness Apex in the background, the temple perched atop of a mountain overlooks a steep winding trail below. Crossing the Crucian Carp Bank is the most perilous point of the trail through the mountains. Huangshan (Yellow Mountains), Anhui Province, China.
